Orders received by Fountains 2 Go are typically sent by UPS or U.S. Postal Service. Standard shipping typically takes between 4 to 5 business days depending on your location. Please note, that floating fountains and aerators may take additional time to manufacture and ship. Additional charges may apply for products over 150 pounds that require truck or freight delivery.
Many other products are drop shipped directly from their manufacturer. Depending on the time of year, different manufacturers have varying processing times for their orders. Further Details on Orders
It is not uncommon for packages to ship in multiple boxes. For example, when ordering a Kasco fountain with PondSelect lighting kits, the fountain will come directly from Kasco’s warehouse in Wisconsin. The lighting kit will come directly from PondSelect’s warehouse in California.
Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are delivered by USPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, but will have extra shipping charges.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If any aspect of the shipping address needs to be changed after the order leaves our warehouse, UPS charges a minimum $10 fee plus all additional shipping charges. Motor Freight companies charge a minimum $50 fee plus all additional freight charges. These fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Any orders placed online that are later cancelled by customers, will be subject to a 5% processing fee. Orders that are cancelled after the order has shipped will be subject to our return policy outlined on our Return Policy page.
